About the Amenities
Ledgewood has a beautiful park area that provides residents and their guests a basketball court, tennis courts, a picnic area, and a playground for the kids. The gates to the tennis courts and playground areas will be locked yearly beginning in December and reopened during daylight hours in the spring. Residents can still use the area by walking around the gate. The playground/tennis court area gate is locked from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am daily. Cars are not be permitted in the lot during this time although residents and their guests will be able to walk back to all facilities.
All areas are on a "first-come, first-served" basis. No reservation is needed. If you have any questions and/or concerns, please contact us at Common Grounds Trustee Ken Tocco.
Tennis Courts
Ledgewood has two Novagrass tennis courts. Courts are open April 15 - November 1 annually, weather permitting.
Hours:
Spring and summer 8 am to 9 pm
Fall 8 am to 7 pm
Keys:
We require a $5.00 deposit to use the courts. Contact Eric Schmiedlin at garage (440.238.6000) to leave a message.
