WELCOME TO THE LEDGEWOOD ASSOCIATION
The Ledgewood Association is the type of suburban neighborhood you might have read about in Better Homes and Gardens in the 1970s.
The units are clad with cedar and situated in a peaceful 360-acre residential community of homes and condominium associations located in Strongsville Ohio, a city known for its premier schools, recreational facilities, health services, and shopping. Nestled in the rolling hills and woods twenty minutes from Cleveland, owners enjoy the Olympic-sized swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, a community garden, a playground, miles and miles of trees and walking paths. The developer was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and the main road, Falling Water, was named in homage to him.
Ledgewood isn't stuck in the past though. New families are moving in. New houses have been built. And many existing homes are being extensively renovated.
This is the only official website managed by The Ledgewood Association Board of Trustees, designed to provide Ledgewood residents and prospective buyers in gaining the information they need to enjoy and thrive in the Ledgewood community.
