Annual Meeting Notice

Dear Association Member:

The fifty-fourth annual meeting of the members of The Ledgewood Association will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.  Items to be considered at the annual meeting will include:

  1. Treasurer’s report for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2022

  2. Election of Trustees

  3. Trustee Reports

During the regularly scheduled meeting, held on September 12, 2022, the Board of Trustees levied the annual assessment for 2023 at $725.00.

In accordance with Article II, Section 2 of the Code of Regulations of the Ledgewood Association the Board of Trustees has nominated the following members for election to the board: 

          Michelle Dunn              17179 Ridge Creek Rd.              2-year term

            Tony Koenig                  12979 Falling Water Rd.            2-year-term

            Holly Zadony                 12176 Park Cliff Rd.                   2-year-term               

Additional candidates for election to the Board of Trustees may be nominated in accordance with Article II, Section 2 (c) of the Code of Regulations by written notice signed by not less than ten (10) association members and given by personal delivery to Josh Holder, 11788 The Bluffs, or by mail to the Association’s post office box by  November 1, 2022.

We look forward to sharing the year’s accomplishments with everyone, and although there will be time for questions, please send yours prior to the meeting to President@theledgewoodassociation.com to make sure they are answered. If you cannot attend, please participate by sending back your proxy.  For your convenience, the proxy has been printed on an addressed, prepaid postcard enclosed. 

PLEASE RETURN YOUR PROXY: Prior to the annual meeting, you will receive an annual report together with financial statements for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2022, and the budget for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2023.
