NEW TRUSTEE EMAILS
We have set up new email accounts for our Trustees, this way, they won't change year after year when people move in and out of roles. We will be updating these on in our systems, letters, etc. Please take note and plan to reach us using the following.
2021 SWIM TEAM
Yes, there will be a 2021 Ledgewood Swim Team. We've included some of the details below along with contact info for follow-up if you are interested.
Sign-ups begin 4/30 and will end 5/22.
Forms and check payments can be dropped off at 12176 Park Cliff Road.
$100 per swimmer. Checks should be made payable to: "Ledgewood Swim Team."
The season will be the month of June and is not expected to extend after the July 4th holiday.
Daily practices, Monday – Friday, 10 AM.
Three split session meets, by age tentatively planned, more on this very soon.
No season-ending CHAMPS meet.
James Race will return as our Head Coach.
New swimmers and first-timers welcome.
The Swim Team will share more information as it becomes available. Please feel free to join and participate as you and your family feel comfortable. If the exercise and social benefits of the practice are enough, we totally understand, no pressure to further participate. First-time swimmers again are encouraged to join. The schedule and overall commitment are lighter and should be an even easier environment to participate for the first time.
While we wish it could just be our typical season, it is just not logistically possible. Last week, the county board of health confirmed nothing has been revised for Ledgewood’s operations since last May. It has been difficult to obtain the buy-in of the participating HOA’s and their pool management companies, and some teams and venues are not participating in the league.

ANNUAL WALK-THROUGH IS SCHEDULED FOR JUNE
Our annual architectural review walk-through is scheduled for June 13 - 20. Our Trustees and committee members will be focused on keeping our neighborhood safe for us to walk and enjoy the beauty of Ledgewood. If you have questions or need information, contact us or visit our website.

AMENITIES UPDATES
The clubhouse is currently still closed, we will re-evaluate it during the May board meeting.
The playground has been reopened. Unfortunately, we've run into a challenge in reopening the basketball court due to the age and inability to cost-effectively source replacement backboards. We are actively investigating solutions, we apologize for the inconvenience and will be sharing the path forward as soon as is it's available.
