ABOUT LEDGEWOOD

Ledgewood is the kind of idyllic suburban subdivision you might've read about in Better Homes and Gardens in the 1970s.

The houses are clad with cedar and situated in a peaceful 360-acre residential community of homes and condos located in Strongsville, a city known for its premier schools, recreational facilities, health services, and shopping. Nestled in the rolling hills and woods twenty minutes from Cleveland, residents enjoy the Olympic-sized swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, a community garden, a playground, miles and miles of trees and walking paths. The developer was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and the main road, Falling Water, was named in an homage to him.

Ledgewood isn't stuck in the past though. New families are moving in. New houses have been built. And many existing homes are being extensively renovated.

This is the only official website managed by the Homeowners Association Board of Trustees, designed to provide Ledgewood residents and prospective buyers in gaining the information they need to enjoy and thrive in the Ledgewood community.
