Ledgewood Pool Opening Information

Vice President and Pool Trustee - Holly Zadony

Greetings from your Ledgewood Pool Trustee!

April is coming to a close and the swim season is upon us. Dig your beach towels out of the closet, find your goggles, and stock up on sunscreen! It’s the most wonderful time of the year!!

Ledgewood Pool will open for operation on Saturday, May 27th at noon. The summer pool hours are as follows -

Monday-Friday - 12:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday-Sunday - 12:00pm-8:00pm

IMPORTANT - NEW CHECK-IN SYSTEM

We are introducing a new, upgraded check-in system at the pool this summer.

Every household that plans to use the pool this summer will need to bring proof of residency for their initial set up in our check-in system. To avoid and lessen the likelihood of random visitors pretending to be residents, we are requiring photographs of all residents over the age of five. We are offering three dates to come down to the clubhouse prior to the pool opening to set up your household in our new system.

The dates and times are -

May 13th - Noon-3:00pm

May 18th - 6:00pm-8:00pm

May 19th - 6:00pm-8:00pm

Please bring proof of residency (utility bill, drivers license, etc.) and all members of your household (over the age of 5) for login photos.

You will also have a chance to enter your name into a cake raffle. One random name will be drawn at the end of the day on May 19th, and our own HOA president, Zarina Melik-Stepanova will create you her famous Zari’s Cake!

If you do not have a chance to stop down on any of these three dates, you will have your photograph taken and you will need to bring proof of residency at your first visit to Ledgewood Pool. It is very important that the resident information is accurate within this new system. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we set up this new and improved check-in software.

REMINDERS FOR THE POOL SEASON

All pool rules are to be followed at all times. The complete list can be found on our neighborhood website - https://theledgewoodassociation.com/pool

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18) while at the pool.

Every household is given 30 guest passes for the season. They are kept track of in our check-in system. Additional passes may be purchased after the 30 free passes are used up. Residents MUST be present to sign in their guests.

If you have any questions, please email Holly Zadony at pool@theledgewoodassociation.com
